It’s not a new question. God gave instructions about it. He tells His people to put a marker as a reminder of His faithfulness so we can tell our children.
Joshua pulled twelve stones from the Jordan river and set them up as a reminder for all God did as they passed through the river on dry ground. (Joshua 4)
I need those reminders to remember the times of His faithfulness.
Here are a few of mine:
Shoveling the driveway with His strength after a foot of snow fell (I wasn’t even sore the next day)
How can you experience peace without the storms? (I had prayed for peace, a fruit of the spirit)
Who is your protector, John? or Me? (I used to be so afraid to be alone when John traveled)
Where do you see God working? [Click To Tweet]
At this moment, I see God at work in the adoption process. My grandbaby should be home in time for Christmas. The red tape and paper trail are being overcome one day at a time.
I also see God working in my family, friends, and church family.
How about you? Join the conversation and share a marker that helps you remember his faithfulness in your life.
